Justin is an academic researcher, cognitive scientist, and computer programmer. He has pioneered weird ways to study culture through AI for over a decade including the use of social digital twins and multi-agent AI. He’s been designing new ways to approach the human mind so we can better understand how society shapes, and is shaped by social media. He holds a doctorate in cognitive anthropology from the University of Oxford and is the author of over 100 academic papers, conferences, lectures and even has a book on the use of AI to study culture and helped develop a paradigm for studying social systems known as cultural cybernetics. To date, he has helped raise over USD80 million for R&D in the US, North America, and Singapore. He’s originally from the US, but now lives in Bratislava, Slovakia.
LeRon is a professor at the Institute for Global Development and Planning at the University of Agder and a founding member of the Center for Artificial Intelligence Research at the University of Agder, Scientific Director of the NORCE Center for Modeling Social Systems in Kristiansand, Norway. LeRon has doctorates in educational psychology (Walden) and philosophy of religion (Princeton). He has published 19 books and 150 academic articles and book chapters on a wide range of topics such as social simulation, cognitive science, and metaphysics. LeRon loves long philosophical discussions and ice bathing, but not necessarily at the same time.

He lives in Los Angeles, CA with his wife.
Passionate business-minded product manager and technology-focused professional with more than seven years of experience working with mobile apps and web platforms, across a variety of technology stacks. Maja leads the definition of the product roadmap and R&D efforts, in addition to managing and scaling the Product Management and Product Marketing teams. After joining the team as a product manager in 2021, she is helping to build the first product sold to customers and leading the early engineering team. She balances her time between the rapidly evolving product experience landscape and a passion for snowboarding, windsurfing, and climbing.
